New owners for Geelong & Surf Coast Bin Hire
John and Laureen O’Hanlon are the new owners of Geelong & Surf Coast Bin Hire, bringing a wealth of experience having spent 30 years within the transport industry.

AFTER spending 30 years working within the transport industry, John and Laureen O’Hanlon are the proud new owners of
Geelong & Surf Coast Bin Hire.

The husband-and-wife duo took the reins over from the Peat family, who ran the popular Torquay business, renowned for its unsurpassed service and the removal and recycling of rubbish.

“We are now the owners of this business and have 30 years’ experience within the transport industry. We’re going to continue to provide quality same day service six days a week,” Mr O’Hanlon said.

The pair, alongside four staff, will service the community’s excess rubbish and recycling needs from Monday through
to Friday (6am-3.30pm) and every Saturday (7am-11am).

Located at 10 Boneyards Avenue, the business has been operating for more than 12 years and is the only bin hire business in the region with a recycling permit (permit number 14/0464); they can take everything from cardboard to concrete and make sure it’s properly recycled to avoid unnecessary landfill.

“We are based in Torquay but cater to the Geelong, Surf Coast and Bellarine regions. We purchased the business from the Peat family,” he said.

“We offer a wide range of skip bins for hire and we recycle every skip that comes in, we also hire both industrial and domestic.”

Geelong & Surf Coast bin hire have a variety of skips ranging from two-10 cubic metres, giving you a wide range to choose from for all your domestic, building and rubbish removal needs.

To remove your waste more responsibly, phone the Geelong and Surf Coast Bin Hire team on 0417 275 739, look them up on Facebook or visit geelongandsurfcoastbins.com.au..
