Basils Farm is thrilled to welcome two new chefs to the Basils Farm kitchen team, Corey Fowler and Anthony Woodbury.
Corey has been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years, working around the world, but most recently has been back home creating delicious dishes at The Pickers Union in Geelong and Aireys Inlet Pub.
One of Corey’s fondest memories of his career was cooking in London for one of Elton John’s extravagant parties.
Anthony is an award-winning Chef, previously Head Chef at the House of Jack Rabbit and Bellarine Estate.
With over 15 years’ experience in the hospitality industry and hailing from Geelong, Anthony loves finding the best local suppliers and using seasonal produce. Both chefs have a passion for using fresh and local produce and are getting out in the Basils garden every day to select fresh veggies.
