THE Ballarat Football Umpires Association launched its 2019 season at Saxon House last week.
Chairman Justin Davey introduced new board members and coaches as well as officially launching the 2019 season.
Special guests included AFL boundary umpire Lachlan Rayner, BFUA senior coach Billy Mitchell and VFL senior field umpire and former BFUA umpire Tom Lyon.
The launch was a great opportunity for new and existing members, as well as partners of the BFUA, to gather ahead of the upcoming season.
It’s not too late for new members to get involved and become an umpire with the BFUA, head to bfua.org.au for more info.
